Alicia Dunn, b. 1960, Havana, Cuba. A visual artist, Alicia creates spirited paintings which capture the energy of the natural world. The work achieves a luminosity that is both invigorating and serene.

Raised in Brooklyn, she currently lives and works in Oakland. Alicia’s first career was in advertising. Later in life, she picked up a paintbrush and has been painting ever since.

Represented by UGallery, her paintings have been carried by Williams Sonoma Home, Crate & Barrel and 1stDibs. She also has work in the Permanent Collection at Scripps Hospital, La Jolla. Her work is collected internationally.
